- CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason please give me at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for that missed lesson. Please do not bring your child to the lesson if they are ill or have been off school in the last couple of days. If for any reason I have to cancel a lesson suddenly I will always try to reschedule it.
- HOLIDAYS I would be grateful if you could let me know any holiday dates in advance so we can reschedule lessons if appropriate. Unless the pupil is studying for an exam or a competition I do not generally teach during the Christmas and Easter holidays. During the longer summer holidays and half-term each case is discussed individually.
